  • Synthetic parfum (scent comes from essential oils)
  • Mineral oil & petrolatum
  • Parabens & formaldehyde releasers
  • Synthetic dyes
  • Microplastics

How we choose

Our rules

  1. Every ingredient earns its place with a function we can name.
  2. Actives are used at levels supported by published research, and we state the percentage.
  3. Scent comes from named essential oils, not an undisclosed "parfum", so you can see exactly what you are smelling and check it against any sensitivities.
  4. Every ingredient is permitted under the Australian Industrial Chemicals Introduction Scheme (AICIS) and labelled to the Consumer Goods (Cosmetics) Information Standard 2020. The list on this site matches the list on the pack.
  5. Preservation is non-negotiable for any water-based product. We use the mildest system that keeps you safe.
