Simply Being is committed to making this website accessible to people of all abilities, consistent with the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth). We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

What we have done

• Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure, landmarks and a skip link on every page.
• All controls are reachable and operable by keyboard, with visible focus indicators.
• Text and background colours meet contrast requirements, and text can be resized to 200% without loss of content.
• Descriptive alt text on product images and text alternatives for icons.
• Forms with visible labels, clear error messages and no time limits.
• Animations respect the "reduce motion" setting in your operating system.
• The checkout, provided by Shopify, is maintained to Shopify's accessibility standards.

Known limitations

Some third-party content, such as embedded checkout and payment provider components, is outside our direct control. We monitor these and raise issues with the providers.
